Luphumlo T. Joka is an author, speaker, trainer, and nationally recognised business consultant with extensive expertise in enterprise development, leadership transformation, and skills development.
In 2015, he founded Global Leadership Consultants (GLC), which has grown into a seven-figure consultancy recognised among South Africa's top enterprise development firms. Under his leadership, GLC has supported over 1,000 SMMEs and impacted hundreds of community and business leaders through coaching, training, and development programmes.
